Mr. Flynn, having represented thousands of municipal court cases, is a litigation practitioner who specializes in criminal and personal injury litigation and focuses primarily on municipal court cases. During his career, he has tried numerous criminal cases, including more than twenty capital punishment homicide cases. In addition, Mr. Flynn has tried many other serious cases including assault, political corruption, arson, and other white collar crimes at the State Courts of New Jersey and the Federal District Court. Mr. Flynn has handled many serious personal injury cases such as auto, construction site accidents, slip and fall, and all aspects of tort litigation. Additionally, he represents individuals in all types of municipal court violations including driving under the influence and motor vehicle offenses.
Mr. Flynn earned his Bachelor’s Degree from St. John’s University, located in Brooklyn, New York in 1962. He received his law degree from Fordham University in New York, New York in 1965.
